We want you to be very happy with your purchase and we are very confident that you will be. We have over 15 years of experience in this wonderful hobby of ours. This is not just a purchase, it is an investment that you will love and cherish and perhaps pass it on to your next generation.
We have tried our best to accurately describe each and every banknote. But as humans, we tend to make mistakes and might have overlooked a detail. So we will try to make the matters right with you.
We only have two conditions:
- You can return any UNGRADED banknote within 14 days from the date it was delivered to you for a full refund (excluding shipping charges).
- We will NOT accept any returns for a banknote that is graded by a third party (such as PMG, PCGS, ICG) regardless of the issue you take with it.
Please contact us and we will make it easy for you to return banknotes purchased from us.
